The following platforms are now broken in edk2-platforms/master since
they still refer to BaseUefiTianoCustomDecompressLib in the old
location:

AMD Overdrive
Lemaker Cello
Raspberry Pi3
SoftIron 1000
D03/D05/D06
Hikey/Hikey960

Could we please try not to leave edk2-platforms behind when making
changes to the core repository? Thanks.
