You can drop the MMIO mappings here: the PCI host bridge driver will
take care of this (but keep the one for the config space)

Please drop these PCDs. You already have
gEfiMdePkgTokenSpaceGuid.PcdPciExpressBaseAddress for the former, and
for the latter, you can use
