Dear Maintainers,
I tried to build the UefiPayloadPkg on the Azure CI, see
https://github.com/tianocore/edk2/pull/1171 for reference, but it
doesn't build the target like it's done for OvmfPkg.
What's needed to build the package on the CI as well? Does it need
some custom configuration on the Azure side?
