Thank you very much, Laszlo, for the detailed answer. With your
explanation, I understood what this quote on page 26 really means:

This service will fire notifications on PPIs installed prior to this
service invocation.

If it would say "immediately" in the end of the sentence, as you did,
it would be much clearer.
I thought, that for preexistent PPI instances, NotifyPpi() won't call
the callback at all.
