I see the macros below use SwapBytes32() on all the fields from this
structure.  Does this mean this structure is big endian?  If that is
the case, then the description of this structure and all individual 
fields must make that very clear so any consumer of the structure knows
it does not follow the default endianness of UEFI/PI and that consumers
must either use the macros or consumers must use SwapBytes32() on
their own when using this structure directly.
