I met the following errors when trying to pull content from github:
--------------
E:\Work\edk2>git pull upstream master
kex_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
Connection closed by UNKNOWN port 65535
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.
----------------
After a broader using of my computer, I found that not just github, but also
some of other websites/services (Like Webex) cannot work normally.
All they complained is about the invalid certification.

I've not encountered this issue.
It may not be a certificate problem on your part, but your crypto
libraries / configuration could be too old, and the TLS negotiation
could fail, if github now requires stronger crypto than what your system
supports (or is configured to permit).
Thanks
