Following interface has no non-Null version implemented.
Consider removing them completely.

ProtectedVariableLibGetStore()
ProtectedVariableLibReclaim()
ProtectedVariableLibGetDataInfo()
ProtectedVariableLibGetNextEx()
ProtectedVariableLibGetNext ()
