We are pleased to announce that the RISC-V edk2 port is upstream to TianoCore on both edk2 and edk2-platform repositories.

Thanks to the huge code review effort from Leif,  the suggestions of edk2 code structure from Mike K and Ray Ni,  and edk2 maintenance efforts from Liming and all component owners to make the success of this project.
