ConverterLib/ is the folder of script-generated JSON to C library
for the each Redfish schema. The common code and header files in
this patch are used by those libraries.

Hi Nickle,
V2 patch just sent. I added the function header to each function. However, those files are part of DMTF project thus I didn't follow the edk2 coding standard.
