Thanks Liming.
We don't have plan to have this in 201911 stable tag. This changes is made to in cooperate with UEFI Redfish edk2 implementation under RedfishPkg and RedfishPkg is not going to be released in near term.
But if we still have chance to see this in 201911 stable tag then why not :)
