There is a related fix in the same file (FbGop.c):
Line 896:
FbGopPrivate->GraphicsOutput.Mode->Info->PixelsPerScanLine
= HorizontalResolution;
must be changed to:
FbGopPrivate->GraphicsOutput.Mode->Info->PixelsPerScanLine
= BytesPerScanLine / (BitsPerPixel / 8);
I will submit a separate patch for this.
