Eric,
You can eliminate the BitMaskSize local if you use the following:
SupportBitMask = AllocateCopyPool (
PcdGetSize (PcdCpuFeaturesSupport),
(UINT8 *) PcdGetPtr (PcdCpuFeaturesSupport)
);
