Eric,

This looks good.

The only minor comment is a code style issue for the parameter
indent in the calls to AllocateCopyPool().  Should look like
the following:

  SupportBitMask = AllocateCopyPool (
                     PcdGetSize (PcdCpuFeaturesSupport),
                     PcdGetPtr (PcdCpuFeaturesSupport)
                     );
