PlatformId get from below code:
PlatformId = (UINT8) PlatformIdMsr.Bits.PlatformId;
PlatformIdMsr.Bits.PlatformId is a three bits value, so it has limit the PlatformId value < 8. So I will not add the ASSERT code.
