I haven't seen this as a problem for a long time, but I've seen some CFL motherboards boot up the OS in 17 seconds. The motherboard I use is CFL-H. Is there a solution that will allow me to shorten this period even more?

There is a performance logging infrastructure in the codebase. There are PERF_START/PERF_END macros that record timestamps.
