In case that a C function body contains the string of L'', L'\"',
L"\"", L''', L""", L"\"\"", L"\"^", L" \"", L"\" \"", ('L",\\\""')
ECC tool running under python3 interpreter will report error.
The antlr4 module misidentified this character
This patch is going to fix that issue.
