The Wiki changes have been pushed.
I have also updated Bugzilla with new Product/Component/Spec to track
EDK II Code First work items.
We are ready to start using the EDK II Code First process. If there
are items queued up, they can be entered into Bugzilla and edk2-staging
branches can be created.
