Hello Tianocore Stewards,

I am trying to upstream a change into edk2-non-osi with a Pull Request https://github.com/tianocore/edk2-non-osi/pull/6 but not sure if the process on this repo is same as on edk2 repo. I am unable to add reviewers to the PR. Can someone please help with this?
