BTW Lisa,
As Issac told me the implementation which Intel upstream to IpmiFeaturePkg was from a pretty old intel code base. Also, something like FAST_VIDEO_SUPPORT, BmcSlaveAddress and GetBmcStatus seems not used. I think those code should be removed as well.
