Hi Mike,
I have sent the updated V2 patch for review.
Changed the line endings of create_python_pkg.sh script to use unix line endings and removed the installation and usage of dos2unix from the actions .yaml file.

The create_python_pkg.sh and all .sh files should be changed in git repo to use unix line endings and remove the need to use dos2unix.
