Hello Tianocore Stewards,

https://github.com/tianocore/edk2/pull/11052 fixes boot issues of an AARCH64 vUEFI with host having TRNG support. The PR has all approvals from relevant maintainers as well as one of the stweard but the maintainer is not able to add milestone tag for edk2-stable202505. Can someone please have a look and get this merged?
