FirmwareContextProcessorSpecificLib
- Common library to consume EFI_RISCV_FIRMWARE_CONTEXT_HART_SPECIFIC and build up processor specific data HOB.

RealTimClockLibNull
- NULL instance of Real Time Clock library.
