[edk2-devel] Where is the "build.exe"?

Hi,
By browsing the document "edk2-BuildSpecification-release-1.28.pdf", the "build.exe" can be found on page 62 as below. But I just can find build.bat in edk2\BaseTools\BinWrappers\WindowsLike\. Thanks for the comment if any.
