In my test l= aptop, it seems to be randomly skipped, so I figured it had to do with fast= boot and indeed disabling it seems to do trick. How can I learn more about fast boot? Perhaps there's a specification I hav= en't been able to find? How can a module be flagged as non-skippable? Diving into edk2's source code has turned out unfruitful, so I recon this m= ight have to do with some integrator side configuration instead of a simple= ".inf" config. Just to make sure, my question is NOT related to Android's fastboot.
