[PATCH 1/2] EmbeddedPkg/PrePiMemoryAllocationLib: Added AllocateZeroPool()

This function is exposed by the MemoryAllocationLib header.
An AllocateZeroPool() function has been added to fix modules depending on
this library and this function.
