1. This patch set should have this in  subject line
 "[edk2][edk2-test][PATCH v3 n/m]"
2. Cover letter to specify what changes from v1 to v2 to v3 to help
make maintainers job easier.

Why did this file change?
If to ignore *.d and *.o files, that should be a separate change in
itself.

Better to add this at the beginning to get rid of any stale binaries in
