Hi, Experts:
There is a TimeLib implementation in UefiCpuPkg\Library\SecPeiDxeTimerLibUefiCpu .
It uses cpu's local apic timer.

I wonder whether it could be used in smm drivers?

If using MicroSecondDelay function (which provided in this timerlib), maybe we should save OS's CPU local apic timer setting first.
And restore OS's CPU local apic timer setting before return to OS environment.
