I think this mapping is too generic.
"edk2 dev <edk2.dev@edk2.org>" is sufficiently generic that I'm inclined
to consider it "information lost forever". I understand that this
mapping is for historical mistakes, but I can't guarantee that such a
generic (name, email) pair will never be hit again.
If others disagree (i.e. they think this is a safe mapping to add), I'll
yield.
