Given there is some work underway to migrate arm code from ArmPkg to
Mde*Pkg and UefiCpuPkg I assume the longer-term plan is that arm will
switch over to use this too some day?
I don't know if ARM is willing to migrate to the Mde*Pkg or UefiCpuPkg, but I think RISC-V could be easily migrated if they were. i'm just saying that this library is designed in such away that it has the ablilty to accommodate more ARCHs.
