[edk2-devel] UEFI Talkbox Discord Shut Down

Hi folks,

The UEFI Talkbox Discord server was created before edk2 PRs,
GitHub issues, and GitHub discussions were in use. It
allowed candid conversation outside of the mailing
list, as at the time that was the only forum, and was
flooded with patches and was not easy to discuss ideas on.

However, since the move to the above mechanisms, UEFI Talkbox
has had little usage and mostly had spam, which required
moderator action. As such, we have decided to shut down the
discord server and encourage discourse on the mailing list,
PRs, and GitHub issues/discussions.
