I kept room for 7 mails per 30min, so I could keep reviewing other=20 patches while sending. This might be too conservative. I noticed git-send-email only read the git-config once, when it is=20 started. If you modify it in another terminal while it is in the relogin=20 delay, it won't use the updated value until finishing to send all the=20 series. 30min =3D 1800sec, adding few more seconds to not play with fire and get=20 banned for few seconds.
