Should we use SMBUS_I2C instead of I2C? When we use
SmbusLib/SmbusHcProtocol for IPMI SSIF and name it I2C, it causes a lot
of confusion.
The term SMBus is used in the IPMI specification, and the term SMBus/I2c
is used in the MCTP specification.
