[PATCH V8 32/47] OvmfPkg/Sec: Declare local variable as volatile in SecCoreStartupWithStack

Declare the local variables in SecCoreStartupWithStack that actually
move the data elements as volatile to prevent the optimizer from
replacing this function with the intrinsic memcpy().
