(1) This is not right: the non-Null lib instance should be linked into
TlsDxe only, like in the OvmfPkg patch.
Please locate TlsAuthConfigDxe in both "ArmVirtQemu.dsc" and
"ArmVirtQemuKernel.dsc", and implement the same approach as in OvmfPkg
near "TlsAuthConfigDxe".
