Hmm, I was about to mention raspberry pi 3+4, but those actually read
the firmware from microsd.  Running fedora works fine though.

Everything else in my lab is either closed source vendor builds (intel
nucs) or virtual machines (ArmVirtPkg / OvmfPkg).
